Each product contains either 60 or 180 tablets (depending on the size chosen), providing a 1 to 3-month supply at a daily dosage of 2 tablets.

Directions & Warnings
Women: take 2 tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption and all-day nutrient coverage, the daily dose may be divided between morning and evening.
Children aged 12+: 1 tablet daily.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Due to the iron content this product is not recommended for long-term use by postmenopausal women.
