Choose products from reputable manufacturers only. They follow high quality standards and use safe, high-quality ingredients. Their products are also free of dyes and additives, and are well-tolerated by most people.

It is mandatory that the recommended dosage is always followed. This minimizes the risk of overdosing. Consult your healthcare provider in case of uncertainty. Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) are stored in the body and can build up to toxic levels over time, while water-soluble vitamins (C and B complex) are generally excreted in the urine and are less likely to cause toxicity. Good manufacturers also provide extensive advice on their products.

Capsules are not designed for opening and directly swallowing the active ingredient powder they contain, for various reasons. If possible, you should – as intended – swallow the capsule as a whole. We have got your back. We have supplements in various forms. You can choose from either one of those.

Take iron supplements with Vitamin C. Our liposomal products have higher bio-availability. Never take with milk or dairy products. You should also avoid taking them together with black or green tea because these can bind the iron and thus impair its absorption. For all food supplements, the recommended dosage of the preparation should generally be complied with to avoid complications.

A product is “vegan” or “suitable for vegans” if it does not contain any animal-derived ingredients or byproducts, and no animal products were used in its production. The only exception is the synthesis of micronutrients by bacteria or yeast, which is not excluded by this definition. Product are defined as “vegetarian” or “suitable for vegetarians” if they meet the definition of “vegan” but may in addition contain products from living animals (e.g. milk, poultry eggs, bee honey or sheep’s wool fat) or ingredients derived from these animal products.

Most people do not need to take supplements if they eat a balanced and healthy diet. A healthy diet means eating a variety of foods from all food groups, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and low-fat dairy. These foods contain all of the vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function properly. However, there are some groups of people who may benefit from taking supplements. These include: Pregnant women and breastfeeding women, older adults, athletes, young people in growth phases, people who follow restrictive diets, such as a vegan or vegetarian diet.

The early signs of a vitamin deficiency can include fatigue, lack of concentration, brittle and dull hair, increased susceptibility to infections, and feeling cold all the time. If you experience any of these symptoms, see your doctor. A blood test can confirm the diagnosis and help you get the treatment you need.

On an empty stomach: Take the capsule 30 to 60 minutes before a meal or no sooner than 2 hours after a meal.
Before a meal: Take the capsule approximately 30 minutes before a meal.
With a meal: We recommend taking the capsule when eating.
After a meal: This specification is vague and can mean different times. This is why in most package inserts there are precise time specifications (e.g. 1 hour after a meal).
