The therapy is used for the duration of three days. One package is good for one day. 
A package includes 7 sachets for 7 shakes. The contents of the sachets are easily mixed with water to create a simple shake.

Guide to Optimal Program
A few things should be paid attention to for optimal results:
Before two days of the program (Taper day-1 and day-2), we advise to decrease any amount or type of consumption to rest your intestinal system.
During the program day 1, day 2 and day 3, your consumption should be limited to our shakes only.
Our shakes are full of nutrients, vitamins and energy and prevent any feeling of hunger.
The only consumption during the program should consist of the shakes and water in extra.
Try to drink as much water as possible alongside the shakes.
Should you still feel the need to eat something extra, it is best to have some pureed apple or tomato or some organic fruit juice or vegetable broth.

For each day you have one box consisting of 7 sachets, each containing the powder you mix with water to make a single shake. That means 7 shakes consumed, each day. Drink the shake directly after mixing, leaving the shake will cause it to thicken and may no longer be able to consume.

1. Preparation

To prepare your body, it is necessary to reduce the amount and type of food you consume for 2 days prior to the treatment, so that your body can get used to the new situation. During these 2 days, consume as little sugar, coffee and alcohol as possible, preferably not at all. Be sure to drink plenty of water.

Taper day 1: Take half your usual amount of food.

Taper day 2: Eat easily digestible food this day. Preferably only fruit, soup and yoghurt or smoothies in a limited quantity.

2. Program

After the preparation it is time for the Program day 1, day 2 and day 3. A box contains everything you need for 1 day of treatment. The contents of this box consist of seven bags. Dissolve the content in water in the provided shaker, shake well and drink IMMEDIATELY. If you leave the product diluted with water, the liquid may thicken to such an extent that you can no longer consume it.

1. Wake-up shake (directly after waking up) 7gm sachet contents with 300ml water.
   
2. Meal shake (as breakfast, half an hour after wake-up shake) 25gm sachet contents with 400ml water**.
3. Snack shake (between breakfast and lunch) 8gm sachet contents with 300ml water.
   
4. Meal shake (as lunch) 25gm sachet contents with 400ml water.
5. Snack shake (between lunch and dinner) 8gm sachet contents with 300ml water.
6. Meal shake (as dinner) 25gm sachet contents with 400ml water**.
7. Goodnight shake (before sleeping) 7gm sachet contents with 300ml water.

Drink each shake directly after mixing the sachet content with water in the provided shaker. In addition, drink 2 litres of water each day. No coffee or alcohol.

Tip 1: Should you need to improve the taste, it’s okay to add some organic or natural juice concentrate to the meal shakes.

Tip 2**: The mealshakes can be consumed in two steps for a more fluid shake. Take half the sachet and add it to 400ml water. Then take the other half with another 400ml water.

3. After the program

Because your stomach has shrunk during the treatment and your intestinal wall has been cleared of toxins, you should carefully start taking (solid) food the day after the last shake. Your stomach has shrunk considerably during the treatment and the intestinal wall has completely cleaned itself and no longer has a “protective” layer of dirt. For that reason it is very important to build up your diet carefully.

Build-up day 1:  eat as liquid as possible, preferably soup, smoothies & yogurt.

Build-up day 2:  take food that is soft and cooked such as soup, boiled egg, boiled vegetables, boiled potatoes and boiled fish. This amount should not be more than half of what you would normally eat.

After these two days you can eat normally and you can also eat uncooked vegetables and salads.
