Contents
Each product contains either 60 or 180 tablets (depending on the size chosen), providing a 1 to 3-month supply at a daily dosage of 2 tablets.

Directions & Warnings
Adults and children aged 12+: 2 softgels daily with food. For additional support the dose may be taken twice daily. Children aged 6-11: 1 softgel daily. Consistent intake recommended. Do not exceed the maximum dose.
