Each product contains either 120 or 360 tablets (depending on the size chosen), providing a 1 to 3-month supply at the full adult daily dosage of 4 tablets.

Directions & Warnings
Adults & children aged 16+: 4 tablets daily.
Children 9-15 years: 2 tablets daily.
Children 4-8 years: 1 tablet daily.
Best taken with food. May split dose between morning and evening. Do not exceed the daily dose.
