Triple Magnesium Complex, Fully Reacted and Chelated Magnesium Citrate, Bisglycinate & Taurate, 180 Tablets
AED 312.00
Great for: supporting energy production, electrolyte balance, muscle function, cell division, nervous system function, healthy bones and teeth, as well as mood
Triple Magnesium Complex is an advanced blend of high-absorption magnesium citrate, taurate and bisglycinate chelate, formulated by expert nutrition scientists and our resident doctor, to optimise magnesium absorption for intensive support. We use fully reacted, bioavailable magnesium citrate and amino acid chelates taurate and glycinate, which are highly soluble. The strong bonds between magnesium and amino acid complexes keep them intact in the acidic environment of the gut ready for absorption in the intestines. Each single magnesium form is taken up by a single, easily saturated, uptake pathway, so by combining three bioavailable forms of magnesium, we ensure more magnesium is absorbed.

ADVANCED MAGNESIUM TRIO – broad-spectrum health benefits from 3 bioavailable forms – glycinate (as bisglycinate) for a calming effect for mood, hormones, stress & sleep; taurate for heart health, metabolism, leg cramps and muscle function, and citrate for energy
HIGH ABSORPTION – most magnesium supplements use a single form which reaches saturation fast. We combine 3 chelated and fully reacted forms to target 3 uptake pathways, boosting the amount delivered to the body
PURE, HIGH BIOAVAILABILITY FORMS – Triple Magnesium Complex delivers elemental magnesium with potent, pure and effective chelated carriers glyinate and taurate plus non-buffered citrate
NON-BUFFERED & GENTLE ON THE STOMACH – our fully reacted, non-buffered magnesium is very gentle on the stomach and does not have a laxative effect
PURE & CLEAN – we use hypoallergenic ingredients with no unnecessary additives; UK GMP-manufactured, certified vegan, non-GMO & compatible with halal and kosher diets

Triple Magnesium Complex – 3 forms of magnesium for superior absorption.
Triple Magnesium Complex is an advanced blend of high absorption magnesium citrate, taurate and bisglycinate chelate, formulated by expert nutrition scientists and our resident doctor, to optimise magnesium absorption for intensive support.
Magnesium must reach target cells to benefit health, but effective delivery to the body is hindered at several stages. In the gut, magnesium absorption is dependent on solubility, with insoluble forms like magnesium oxide being the hardest to dissolve, and also needing high stomach acid levels to break down.
At Igennus we only use fully reacted (magnesium bonded to its carrier), bioavailable magnesium citrate and amino acid chelates taurate and glycinate, which are highly soluble, so higher levels are dissolved in the gut and prepared for absorption in the intestines.

In the intestines, each single magnesium form is taken up by a single, easily saturated, uptake pathway. By combining three bioavailable forms of magnesium, we ensure more magnesium is absorbed, since uptake is achieved via three routes not one. The body absorbs a low percentage of large single doses, but a high percentage of small doses, so Igennus nutritionists recommend dividing the dose throughout the day to maximise absorption.
